HMDA and the Data Points

Because of high numbers of refinancings over the past few years, some previously non-HMDA banks are now required to comply with the HMDA reporting requirements.  Similarly, some banks who had been “partially exempt” (only required to report the original data points) are now required to report all data points.  In this webinar, we’ll cover the basic HMDA applicability rules and offer details for reporting the individual data points.  Attendees will receive a booklet with helpful charts and worksheets.
